Yes I know and have heard when i start to workout I will lose weight. But the truth is that it is much more then that. Just working out is not going to have you lose...It will aid in the weightloss but just workingout is not going to give you the results that you are looking for. I remember myself working out like a monster and not getting the results that I wanted so bad. It wasnt until later on that I figured most if not all workouts that i did everyday for hours was all in vain.So I had to figure out why that was happening. The worse thing you can do is waste time on things that are not helping you get your results in anything in life. So I beging to write down what i was doing so that I could fix why I was not losing the weight. Their are lots of reasons why you are not losing the weight and the answers are dead in your face, you just have to make sure you keep track of everything you are doing so that you can pin point where you might be messing up. Find out the reasons why you are not losing weight so that life will be simple and effective
