Teacher Professional Development Breakout Sessions gives Teachers and administrators innovative conflict resolution training strategies for the classroom.

Having the perfect classroom full of students throughout the school year is nothing more than a pipedream. Finding the perfect combination of students in a classroom setting that won’t have conflict and or disagreements throughout a long grueling school year can be difficult for any teacher, administrator and parent. Mixing the wrong students in the wrong situation without the right conflict resolution training strategies to defuse a hostile situation can be a very bad thing.

“What many teachers and administrators don’t realize is that any type of conflict in a classroom large or small takes valuable time away from all of the students learning what needs to be learned,” explains Jamahl Keyes, Conflict Resolution Training Speaker who specializes in Teacher Professional Development Breakout Sessions for teachers and administrators, “Studies show that teachers and administrators who get Conflict Resolution Training have take up less time discipline and redirecting their students in the classroom leaving more time to teach.”

Nonetheless, every after year, thousands of teachers and administrators waist valuable time redirecting and dealing with conflict large or small in the classroom.

“At the very least, one or two Teacher Professional Development Breakout Sessions throughout the school year should have some conflict resolution strategies that teachers can add to their arsenal!” says Jamahl Keyes, Conflict Resolution Training Speaker who specializes in Teacher Professional Development Breakout Sessions for teachers and administrators.
