When I taught in the classroom I did all of those physiological jedi mind tricks that where in the text books, but when I was in the real worldthey didn’t work. So I developed these conflict resolution strategies and put them all together in a Teacher Development workshop so other teachers can use them to reach their students.
Interviewer: So can these conflict resolution strategies work for a student in elementary all the way up to senior high school?
